The drive to raise $5 million for the Regional Recreation Centre in Owen Sound has exceeded its half way target and has reached 100 per cent participation in its family campaign, fundraising committee co-chairs Tom Rice and Sonya Mount announced Monday (Feb. 7, 2011).
